EQUIP GROUP LIST:

ABRAHAM: The Walk of Faith - Combined Class
Combined Group // Sanctuary // Pastors Nelson Gonzalez,  Christina Sattesahn & Phil McGechie
Join us as we explore the life of Abraham, a foundational figure in the journey of faith. We will study the biblical narrative that records Abraham’s failures and faithfulness as he learns to trust God’s promise and becomes the father of many nations. Together, we will learn how to cultivate a faith that endures, even in the face of challenges and be encouraged to examine our own walk with God, deepening our understanding of faith, obedience, and God's enduring faithfulness.
UNLIKELY HEROES -Women's Class
Women’s Group // Room 117 // Shelly Thrasher
When the world around is full of chaos and morally dark, it can be easy to get discouraged and lose hope. But God has shown us time and again that his people are called to shine light into darkness and bring order to the chaos. Join us as we dive into the stories of the unlikely heroes of Scripture—ordinary individuals chosen by God to accomplish extraordinary things. As we study God’s work in the lives of these women, we will discover that he is still at work in our lives today in much the same way. We will be challenged to look at our own situations and answer these questions: What territory can you see from where you're standing that you know belongs to the Kingdom, but is not yet won? Is it worth fighting for? Are you willing to step out on faith and trust God for the victory?
WHAT'S THAT MEAN? - Men's Class
Men’s Group // Room 120 // Shannon Thrasher
It’s hard to grow in your understanding of God’s word when you don’t know what some of the basic key words and concepts mean. In this study, we’re going to take a deep look at the key concepts and terms of the Christian faith, such as salvation, grace, holiness, and more. Whether you're new to Bible study or looking to deepen your knowledge, this class will provide clear explanations and practical insights to deepen your understanding of God's word.
GROWING A GODLY MARRIAGE - Married & Engaged Couples Class
Married & Engaged Couple // Room 109 // Matt & Maria Horton
Whether you have been married for decades or are just about to embark on this life-long voyage of grace-filled love, this group is sure to encourage you in your relationship. Join other couples for this video/discussion-based group as we discover how God can use our relationships with our spouses (or future spouses) as a motivation to love God more and to better reflect the character of his Son. *This is a requirement for all couples requesting a PFA pastor to officiate their marriage ceremony.
PRACTICING THE WAY - Young Adults (18-25)
Young Adults (18-25) // Room 106 // Jeff & Karen Earhart
Feel like there's more to life? You're right! God’s vision for you is one of purpose and flourishing. Join other young adults on this journey which will reveal obstacles holding us back from authentically following Christ; and suggests countercultural spiritual practices that can connect us with a vibrant, lifelong faith.
GROWTH TRACK - Combined Class
Combined Group // Room 105 // Matt & Maria Horton
